This  Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which  refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks are handled for services  provided through our website and platform. By using our services, you  agree to this policy.

2. Service Fees & Non-Refundable Charges

All  setup fees, one-time onboarding charges, API integration fees, and  subscription fees are non-refundable once the service is activated.

Transaction  processing fees (Pay-In, Pay-Out, AEPS, BBPS, DMT, etc.) are  non-refundable after a transaction is initiated or completed.

3. Transaction Failures

In  case of a failed or reversed transaction, the deducted amount (if any)  will be refunded to the original source automatically, subject to bank  or network timelines.

Refund timelines may vary between 3–7 working days, depending on the issuing bank or payment partner.

4. Duplicate or Excess Payments

If a customer is charged multiple times for the same transaction, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

Users must report such issues within 7 days of the transaction date.

5. Cancellation of Services

Requests for service cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to our official support email.

Cancellation requests raised after service activation or API enablement will not be eligible for any refund.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Chargebacks raised by customers will be reviewed as per banking and regulatory guidelines.

Any penalties, chargeback fees, or losses arising from fraudulent or disputed transactions will be borne by the merchant/user.

7. Compliance & Regulatory Delays

Refunds  may be delayed or withheld if required due to regulatory compliance,  KYC verification, fraud checks, or banking partner investigations.

8. Changes to This Policy

We  reserve the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation  Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective  immediately upon posting on the website.
